New Hope Early Learning Center

Enrollment

New Hope Early Learning Center welcomes children from across our community into our four beautiful classrooms. We believe that every child deserves access to high-quality early education in a nurturing, inclusive environment. Our enrollment model is designed to support consistency, connection, and long-term development for all children.

Mixed-Income, Inclusive Community

New Hope is proud to offer a mixed-income model that supports a diverse and equitable learning community. We prioritize enrollment for children impacted by homelessness and work closely with families to ensure access to care regardless of financial circumstances.

We accept the following payment options:

  • Out-of-pocket tuition

  • Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) vouchers

  • On My Way Pre-K subsidies

  • MCCSC Community Partner payments

Families of all income levels are encouraged to apply. If you’re unsure whether you qualify for financial assistance, we can help you navigate state child care support programs.

Cohort-Based, Continuity-Focused

Because we follow a continuity of care model, children remain with the same teaching team and peer group for multiple years. This approach fosters strong relationships and provides a stable foundation for learning and growth.

Children are enrolled in cohorts based on the year they will begin kindergarten. Most new openings occur in August, as new infant and toddler cohorts begin. This cohort structure helps create meaningful bonds between classmates and caregivers over time.

For example: A child born between August 1, 2025 and July 31, 2026 would be enrolled in our infant cohort for the 2026–2027 school year.
